All of our products are vacuum packed and are available from the Smokehouse and by mail order. We also attend the Otago Farmers Market (Dunedin Railway station) every second Saturday, Geraldine Farmers Market, Timaru Farmers Market and the Methven Farmers Market.
To further enhance flavour take produce out of the fridge, open pack and let breath for 20-30 minutes before consuming.
All our products are ready for consumption on purchase and do not require any further preparation. We value all our customer feedback.
