About Fat Albert Smokehouse
The name 'Fat Albert' has special meaning to Keith and while he is neither fat nor named Albert, as an ex-New Zealand air force flight engineer, he fell in love with the great Hercules transporters that he has flown all over the world. The air force nickname for the Hercules is Fat Albert and when Alison and Keith started the smokehouse, it was natural for Keith to tie in the name that gave him so much pleasure in his previous career in their next adventure.
