Hi everyone, just in time for Christmas, we are launching our new website, with a fresh look and a great range of products that you can also find at our Smokehouse and Store, just off Allandale Road near Fairlie.

We now have a new blog - where we will let you know about upcoming events, share extra special recipes and techniques for preparing and eating of our smoked products; and you can see which markets and events we will be at throughout the year.

You will also see that we are still using an order form as before. It might suit other business to have an online store, but the order form works better because we don't have a 'one-size-fits-all' for our boutique products. Our products are very special and every order is tailored to each purchaser. We still contact each customer, ensuring that each and every one of you receive extra special service to go alongside our extra special products.

When you visit our store you'll also find it's had a major overhaul and we have a larger deli section and we also stock a larger range of condiments and groceries, which we will continue to add to as we find out what it is that you really want.
